While there are many wonderful resources for child care providers and parents of young children, it has been the focus of CCVillage to save caregivers both time and money. CornerToys.com In April of 2006, CCVillage launched an online toy store, CornerToys.com, offering high quality, educational toys that promote growth and development in young children. CCVillage President and Founder, Ruth Breslin Ruth has been a parent and caregiver for over 25 years. As a licensed child care provider in Long Island, NY, Ruth was a member of the Child Care Council of Suffolk and the Suffolk County Family Day Care Association. Ruth developed CCVillage.com in an effort to simplify the administrative tasks of caregivers at a price that is affordable to everyone, helping caregivers to improve the quality of their program, while leaving more time to spend with the children. CCVillage.net A key feature that Ruth wanted to include on the site is networking. Ruth has always believed that giving caregivers the ability to network with one another and with other professionals will serve to raise the quality of the care we provide to all children. Finally, the technology is available to make CCVillage.net possible! Parents, child care providers and other industry professionals can each create their own space in our online community. Those who care for children can directly exchange information with those who study child growth and development.
